Bayberry Ledge Cottage is located 1/2 mile down a private dirt road. Built in the 1920's and totally renovated in 1992, Bayberry Ledge is a wonderfully healing environment offering modern elements and nature's genuine charm.

On the 1st floor there is a wrap around glassed in screen porch facing the water. Inside there is the fully equipped kitchen (except dishwasher - you provide that) with eat-in island for 4, a living room with fireplace and a dining area with a woodstove. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with double beds face the water. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and a bunk bed. There is a full bath with claw foot tub (great for soaking) and shower. There is a half bath with washer & dryer. Outdoors there is a large deck adjacent to a small yard. Easily negotiable stairs go from the deck to the top of the bank.

A ships ladder decends to the deep water tidal shore. There is plenty of rocky shore to explore at low tide. There is about 1 mile of looping dirt roads to walk or bike. 10 minutes away there is a State owned point of land with a beach for swimming and launching kayaks. On this same point is a lobster wharf serving shore dinners. Near by are public tennis courts and a fully equipped playground.
